We understand that the opportunity to serve our customers is a privilege, not a right. We conduct our business functions with a customer’s lens and use each service call as an opportunity to earn your respect. Regardless of the size of the job, we honoreach customer by respecting their time, their property, and their trust to allow us the service opportunity.
- Credibility: Experience is a great influence of credibility and the leadership team of Epac Property Mgmt, LLC has over five decades of experience in leadership, retail, service, management, and finance-related fields. Our work has been critiqued, criticized, and awarded, therefore making us unafraid to confront any challenge to earn the right to call you our customer. Our standard is to exit every property and every job better than its condition upon our arrival. We measure credibility by providing customers with opportunities to rate their technicians. Technicians who fall below 85% approval rating will be required to re-enter our new associate training program.
- Reliability: Many companies use the mantra of working hard to define their business strategy, but at Epac Property Mgmt, LLC, we understand that working hard only represents the basis of where we begin. We acknowledge that working hard requires willingness, but for us, willingness must accompany determination to fully achieve a completely satisfied customer. For each service call, customers are afforded the opportunity to inspect our work and receive refunds if more than three discrepancies are discovered on services paid by the customer.
